Exchange and Return Policy

You have the right to return the product within a day of receiving it, or to exchange it within 3 days of the following cases:

(In this case, the customer shall bear the costs incurred in the return process:

• It should be in its original condition with its original packaging.

• You received the wrong product.

• You received a product not as described on the site.

• You received a damaged product.

 Non-returnable products: You are not entitled to return and exchange any of the following products:

The amount or part of it cannot be refunded in the following cases:

• The sender refused to receive the gift.

• The absence or presence of the recipient of the gift and his delay in receiving it for 25 minutes.

• Our inability to communicate or reach the recipient of the gift for a reason beyond our control.

• Our inability to communicate with the buyer for a reason beyond our control.

The refund will be the same as your payment method, as follows:

If you have paid the value under the credit card, the amount will be returned to you within approximately (7) working days.

In the event that a damaged product arrives to you, we apologize for that and please contact us directly so that the matter is resolved as soon as possible
